International Film Festival Tinklai 2010 presents short film programs
from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland,
Denmark, Ireland and the Basque Country. The Berlin-based Interfilm
Short Film Festival is going to showcase a selection of the world's
best short films and the German program. The use of latest
technologies in cinema will be explored in the special program "Video.
What's next?" Another program "Disability - not an obstacle" consists
of films that deal with the topic of disability, which have received
recognition in international festivals. In the filmmaking camp "Young
creators", handicapped people have made their films, the best of which
will be screened in a special program on the 15th and 22nd of
September. September 18, a community of visual artists, "VideoCamp" is
organizing a photo-happening to create the first ever Matrix effect in
Lithuania with the help of still cameras.

Tinklai 2010 will take place in Vilnius, Klaipėda, Kaunas, Šiauliai
and Panevėžys.
